Girls Field Hockey and Lacrosse Camp (JULY 12 - 15) (9 AM - 3 PM)
The purpose of this combined camp is to teach skills and positional concepts to campers, whether they are beginners or have some playing experience. Field hockey skills will include dribbling, passing, and shooting. Instruction in lacrosse will include cradling, ground balls, passing, and shooting. This camp is for girls in grades 3-8. You can choose to attend the full-day camp or just the morning session (field hockey from 9:00-12:00) or the afternoon session (lacrosse from 12:00-3:00). Campers are to bring their own lunch. We will provide a drink.
Cost: $220.00 (Full Day) $110 if only attending either field hockey OR lacrosse session. This includes a $75 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to tuition.
Lori Schweizer - Camp Director
Spartans' field hockey and Lacrosse head coach, Lori Schweizer, will run the daily clinics. Lori has been part of the lacrosse coaching staff for the past 13 seasons as JV coach and assistant varsity coach. She has been head coach since 2017 season and helped lead the Varsity girls lacrosse team to state finals for the past 2 seasons where they earned title of state runner up. Coach Lori was recognized by DIAA as Coach of the Year 2018. Lori also took the realm as Spartans' Field Hockey head coach 2017 season. Besides coaching, Lori is a physical therapist at ATI. Her favorite job, however, is a mother to 5 Spartan alum who all went on to play Division 1 collegiate lacrosse... Some of whom will be assisting during summer camp.
